Foreign Minister meets Burkinabe counterpart

New York, Sept. 19 (BNA): Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, met today at the headquarters of Bahrain Mission in New York, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Cooperation of the Republic of Burkina Faso, Olivia Rwamba, on the sidelines of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly. The two sides reviewed relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Burkina Faso in various fields, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international developments and issues of common interest. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Jamal Faris Al-Ruwaie, and the delegation accompanying the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
