Foreign Ministry Undersecretary meets American Israel Public Affairs Committee

Washington, Sept. 30 (BNA): The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, held a meeting with the CEO of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Howard Kohr, and senior officials of the Committee. The meeting included a discussion of the relations between the two friendly countries, and regional and international issues of common interest. The Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs affirmed the keenness of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in light of the diplomatic approach of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the directives of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, on promoting tolerance and peaceful coexistence among nations and civilizations, in line with the Abraham Accords agreement. For their part, the representatives of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) praised the foreign policy of the Kingdom and the values and ideals it presents, wishing the Kingdom continued progress and prosperity.
