General Prosecutor’s office answers the questions of “direct link”
Astana, November 27, 2009 (Khabar) - Most of 3.5 000 addresses of citizens received on 13th November during the dialogue with the President of Kazakhstan, were settled by General Prosecutor’s office. The answers of the agency are published on the Internet portal of “direct link”.
Nurdaulet Suindikov, official spokesman of General Prosecutor’s office:
- Most citizens express disagreement with judicial acts, decisions and actions of criminal prosecution. Many issues related to the violation of human rights in the social sphere, the rights and interests of businessmen.
180 000 Kazakhstan’s citizens received debts for wages amounting to about 8 billion tenge. These are the results of checks of observance of labor rights of citizens, conducted by the Prosecutor’s office. The Prosecutor’s office subjects to criminal and administrative liability the managers of enterprises who didn’t pay salary to their employees in time.

- In Akmola region last week, "Zhana Zher” LLP disbursed debts to more than 300 employees for 35 million tenge according to the order of Prosecutor’s office. In Kostanai region, “Kunaistroiservis” paid salary of nearly 16 million tenge due to the interference of Prosecutor’s office.
