Greetings to Zambian Foreign Minister

Pyongyang, September 17 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Son Gwon sent a congratulatory message to Stanley Kasongo Kakubo upon his appointment as foreign minister of the Republic of Zambia on Sept. 14.
