HE Qatari Attorney General Meets US Officials in Washington

Washington, June 14 (QNA) - HE Qatari Attorney General Dr. Ali bin Fetais al-Marri met here at the White House with Special Assistant to the US President for Development Gayle Smith, as part of his visit to the United States. During the meeting they discussed a number of issues of common concern. The two sides agreed to continue dialogue on possibilities and ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the fight against corruption. HE the Attorney General also met with the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Robert Mueller, and discussed with him a number of issues of mutual concern and ways to strengthen aspects of cooperation between the Attorney General of the State of Qatar and the FBI. The meetings were attended by HE Qatar's Ambassador to the US Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi and the delegation accompanying HE the Attorney General. (QNA)
