Health Minister receives new Bahraini Ambassador to Indonesia

Manama, Aug. 13 (BNA): Health Minister, Faeqa bint Said Al-Saleh, received the newly-appointed Bahraini Ambassador to Indonesia, Ahmed Abdulla Al-Harmasi Al-Hajeri.
The minister congratulated Ambassador Al-Hajeri on the precious royal trust bestowed upon him through appointing him to his post, wishing him every success in enhancing Bahrain’s relations with Indonesia, especially in the health field.
Al-Saleh lauded the efforts exerted by the ambassador, throughout his diplomatic career, to enhance Bahrain’s relations with friendly countries.
They reviewed and discussed aspects of cooperation and partnership between the Health Ministry and Indonesia in exchanging medical expertise, as well as modern technologies in the field of digital health, research and genomics.
They also affirmed the importance of coordination to develop cooperation between the two countries through memoranda of understanding and joint work plans.
Ambassador Al-Hajeri commended the Minister’s efforts and constant keenness to bolster Bahrain’s cooperation with friendly countries so as to develop the kingdom’s health sector.
He pledged to continue his efforts aimed at strengthening bilateral relations and serving the interests of the two countries.
