HM the King ratifies, issues framework agreement

Manama: March 27 – (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has ratified and issued Law No.: 7/2014 after its approval by both the Shura and Representatives’ Councils. The law in its first article stipulated the ratification of the frame agreement for availing from the grant donated by the State of Kuwait Government to finance development projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain signed between the Kingdom of Bahrain’s Government and the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) dated 3/9/2012 associated with this law. The law becomes effective as from the day following the date of publishing it on the Official Gazette.
