HM King returns to Bahrain following visits to UK, UAE

Manama, Sept. 22 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today returned to Bahrain following visits to the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. During the UK visit, HM King Hamad offered condolences and sympathy to His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Head of the Commonwealth, and the UK Royal Family, as well as the British people and government following the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II. HM the King also visited the UAE, where he met President His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan. The two leaders reviewed the progress of the solid fraternal Bahraini-UAE relations, in addition to the latest regional and global developments. Upon arrival, HM King Hamad was welcomed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Earlier today, HM the King left the UAE, and was seen off by UAE President, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed.
