HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets former UK Prime Minister and Chair of Aldersgate Group

Tokyo, Sept. 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Chair of Aldersgate Group, the Rt Hon Theresa May, on the sidelines of His Royal Highness's visit to Japan. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the depth of the long-standing ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, and the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation to achieve common goals. The latest regional and international developments and issues of common interest, as well as Aldersgate Group’s efforts in promoting green economy and environmental security, were also discussed.
