HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets with the Special Envoy of the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia for Humanitarian Affairs and Drought

Manama, Sept. 4 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Special Envoy of the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia for Humanitarian Affairs and Drought, HE Abdirahman Abdishakur, at Riffa Palace. During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister received a letter addressed to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa from the President of Somalia, HE Hassan Sheikh Mahmud. HE Abdishakur conveyed the greetings of the President of Somalia to His Majesty the King and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister expressed his and His Majesty’s greetings to the President of Somalia, highlighted the Kingdom's commitment to furthering Bahraini-Somali relations, and wished Somalia continued security and stability. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Alzayani, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting.
