Information Minister visits MENA

Cairo, Sept. 23 (BNA): Within the framework of his visit to Egypt to participate in the meetings of the Arab Information Ministers Council, Minister of Information, Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al Noaimi, paid a visit today to the Middle East News Agency (MENA) where he met with Egyptian journalist Ali Hassan, the Board Chairman and Editor-in-Chief, as well as the agency’s editing staff. The Minister of Information praised the strong, long-standing and growing relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Egypt thanks to the keenness of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to further promote them and boost joint cooperation in various fields. The minister toured the departments of the agency to get informed about its pioneering experience and development throughout its glorious history. He commended the key role of MENA in assuming its professional duties competently and responsibly.
