Interior Ministry Undersecretary receives Indian ambassador

Manama, Sept. 25 (BNA): Interior Ministry Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs Shaikh Hesham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa received today Indian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Piyush Srivastava. He praised the advanced level of bilateral relations and cooperation, commending joint efforts to boost cooperation between both sides. The Interior Ministry Undersecretary and the Indian ambassador discussed ways of enhancing joint cooperation and coordination in the field related to the nationality, passports and residence affairs services. They also reviewed issues of common interest. The Indian ambassador expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs, noting the importance of continuous cooperation between the two friendly countries.
