Iran prepared for mighty defense in all fields: minister

Tehran, Sept 20, IRNA – Minister of Defense Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said Iran's armed forces are fully prepared for an all-out mighty defense against any threat. Addressing a local gathering in the Iranian capital, he reiterated that Iran's armed forces have learned from the country's martyrs and the Supreme Leader not to listen to enemies. The brigadier general said enemies of Iran were to harm the nation by imposing sanctions, threats of military operations and psychological warfare. He said all those attempts were uselessly made to isolate the Islamic Republic of Iran. However, stressed the minister, enemies would never be capable of causing any harm to the Iranian nation.
