Majlis Approves Budget Bill For 1391

Tehran, May 17, IRNA – Parliament (Majlis) Members on Thursday approved the state's total budget bill for the current Iranian year (started March 20) with a ceiling of rls. 5,660,000 billion. After 14 sessions of hard-work in eight days, the MPs passed the bill turning it into a legislation with 123 votes in favor, 46 against and 14 abstentions. The budget is divided in two parts which includes incomes and expenses. The incomes stand over rls. 5,655,618,035,000,000. while the expenses part stood at over rls. 5,655,618,035,000,000.
