Minju Joson Slams Japanese Reactionaries for Evading Apology and Reparation for Past Crimes
Pyongyang, December 8 (KCNA) -- A Japanese professor shortly ago demanded that the authorities make an official apology over the issue of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army.
Honorary professor at Tokyo University Haruki Wada chided the present chief executive for refusing to make an apology for the sexual slavery through an official document despite the unanimous protest and denunciation at home and abroad and urged the government to make an apology and reparation to victims of sexual slavery not only in south Korea but in other parts of the world.
Commenting on this, Minju Joson Thursday says his remarks are so meaningful as they are made at a time when the Japanese reactionaries are crying out for a final and irreversible "solution" to the issue of sexual slavery.
His demand for the chief executive's official apology can be viewed as an expression of the domestic mindset to part with the inglorious past, the news analyst notes, and goes on:
It is elementary moral ethics to make sincere apology and reparation to the victims for what one has done.
The Japanese reactionaries' attitude of not feeling guilty conscience at all, far from making apology and reparation for the past crimes, clearly betrays their vulgar nature as a political dwarf.
If the Japanese reactionaries go arrogant as now, they will have to pay a very high price, warns the commentary. -0-
