Performance of RK Central Military Orchestra
London, November 28, 2009 (Khabar) - The Central Military Orchestra of Kazakhstan’s Defence Ministry is one of the participants of a military orchestra show in the UK. During two weeks, the orchestra will perform 15 concerts. Traditional military marches and popular music played by musicians in ceremonial dress will be a real surprise for the people of the UK.

- We are very happy to see Kazakhstan’s orchestra as a participant of their show. The musicians had a very rich programme.
The head of the orchestra service of Kazakhstan, the chief military conductor and graduate of the Moscow Conservatory, Aleksandr Belyakov is one of the founders of the central military orchestra.
Alexander Belyakov, chief military conductor, Kazakh Armed Forces:
- We are ready to compete with any foreign orchestra and obtain respect both for ourselves and our home country.
Kazakhstan’s orchestra will perform with different orchestras, including the military orchestra of NATO. The show ended with a military and musical parade in Birmingham.
