Postage stamp dedicated to presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE

Almaty, January 07, 2010 (Khabar) - The Almaty post office held commemorative cancellation of a new art postage stamp, which is devoted to Kazakhstan's chairmanship in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. The memorial ceremony was attended by the chairman of Kazpochta Dauren Moldagaliyev and adviser to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of RK, Zhanat Zakiyeva. The stamp is released with circulation of 30 000 copies. It is assumed that it will become a philatelic value. Its cost is 230 tenge. Kazakhstan’s artist Daniyar Mukhamdzhanov designed it.
