Shura Chairman receives Bahrain CIO 200 forum Chairman, Huawei CEO

Manama, Nov. 4 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh has underscored the importance of backing initiatives aimed at boosting digital transformation in daily life and using artificial intelligence in developing the work system and achieving more scientific creativity in various fields. The Shura Council Chairman was speaking as he received in his office today forum Chairman of Bahrain CIO 200 award distribution ceremony Dr. Jassim Haji and Huawei Bahrain Chief Executive Jason Kao. He praised the forum’s success last year, calling to hold more functions on using artificial intelligence in partnership with specialised international companies and institutions in this field. Dr. Jassim Haji expressed thanks to the Shura Council Chairman for patronizing the forum for the second consecutive year, pointing out that his patronage of this year’s event, which will kick off virtually on November 17 in partnership with Huawei, is appreciated by all as it reflects the importance accorded by the Shura Council to using artificial intelligence in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
