Solar Energy investments welcomed

Manama, Jan. 11 (BNA): Electricity and Water Affairs Minister Dr. Hussain bin Ali Mirza today received Executive Director Mohammed Asef of the Indian Zynergy company, specialized in solar energy, accompanied by Executive directors Ali Fakhro and Mohammed Fakhro of Plus Fakhroo. Plus Fakhroo directors gave a presentation on the Zynergy's investment projects and activities in the field of solar energy, expressing keenness to participate in promoting the same field. The Minister noted the Sustainable Energy Unit (SEU)'s interest in the modern uses of solar energy, stressing the SEU's eagerness to learn about the Zynergy's offers and ways to establish cooperation. The meeting was attended by Sustainable Energy Unit's Jihan Murbati and Minister's Advisor Dr. Habib Abdulkarim.
