Submarine, warship launched into Persian Gulf waters

Tehran, Sept 18, IRNA – The domestic made heavy submarine, 'Tareq-901,' and Sahand warship were launched into the Persian Gulf waters upon a verdict by Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khameneion on Tuesday. Tareq-910 was overhauled by experts of the Iranian Army while the Sahand warship was designed and manufactured by the Iranian experts. The equipments were recently handed over to the Army's naval unit.
