BANGKOK, September 6 (TNA) - Thai and Myanmar people could now travel easily following the opening of Singkhon border crossing in the Thai province of Prachuap Khiri Khan, said provincial deputy governor Pramote Sampao-ngern.
Locals from Myanmar’s Myeik city and Prachuap Khiri Khan could now travel comfortably up to a distance of 180 kilometres, said Mr. Pramote.

A total of 130 people from Myeik city have travelled to Muang district of Prachuap Khiri Khan to study tourism and services so that they could develop their city on the approach of the ASEAN Economic Community, scheduled at end-2015.
