Ways to enhance Bahrain-South Korea relations, cooperation discussed

Manama, Aug. 23 (BNA): Secretary-General of the Council of Representatives, Rashid Mohammed Bunajma, today received South Korean Ambassador to Bahrain, Hye Kwan Chung. The meeting covered bilateral relations that span more than four decades and enjoy the care and attention of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Bunajma stressed the Council's keenness on bolstering parliamentary relations with South Korea, as well as coordinating stances and supporting issues of common interest. The ambassador expressed pride in the development of the Bahraini-Korean relations at various levels, especially in the parliamentary field, and expressed his country's keenness to boost bilateral ties and deepen joint cooperation.
