HM King receives Duke of Edinburgh

Manama, Sept. 28 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received His Royal Highness Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh.

His Majesty welcomed HRH Prince Edward, who conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Head of the Commonwealth.

HM King Hamad relayed his greetings to HM King Charles III, wishing him abundant health and happiness.

HM King Hamad praised the long standing Bahrain-UK relations and cooperation in various sectors.

He commended the efforts of HM King Charles III in developing bilateral relations between the two countries.

The Duke of Edinburgh offered his condolences to HM King Hamad over the fallen servicemen.

HRH hailed HM the King's efforts in further developing relations between Bahrain and the UK.
