HRH Crown Prince Congratulates President-Elect of Latvia

Jeddah, June 2, 2023, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of congratulation to Edgars Rinkevics on his election as President of the Republic of Latvia.
