8th Kyrgyz Information Technology Forum taking place in Bishkek

Bishkek, Sept. 29, 2021 . / Kabar / . The Kyrgyz capital city of Bishkek is hosting the 8th Kyrgyz Information Technology Forum. The forum was opened by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Ulukbek Maripov. This year's forum is dedicated to discussing the current digital agenda, challenges and solutions in the field of digitalization under COVID-19, new strategies for digital transformation, and trends in technology development, including during the pandemic. The event is organized as part of Digital Week. Thus, more than 20 interesting speeches are planned within the event, and 6 sections with current topics from the IT world today are deployed. In addition, Public Policy Director in Central Asia George Chen, Head of the Information Security Department, representative of Tik Tok Roland Cloutier, Head of the Development Department, UBER representative Roman Kononov, Director for Relations with Foreign Governmental Bodies, Yandex Maxim Kozlov, Commercial Director of Kaspersky Lab Regional Office in Central Asia and Mongolia Valery Zubanov, President of the Analysis and Investigation Center, founder of WebTotem Olzhas Satiyev and others will share their experiences at the forum. The forum is organized by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, Civil Initiative of Internet Policy Public Foundation, E-Commerce Association, High-Tech Park of Kyrgyzstan and th Kyrgyz Association of Software and Services Developers. The KIT Forum is the largest event in the field of information and communication technologies. It has been held in Kyrgyzstan since 2010 and has established itself as a real platform for discussing problems and ways of developing information technologies in the republic.
