Deputy interior minister and representative of Turkish Embassy in Kyrgyzstan meet

Bishkek hosted a bilateral meeting between First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Suyun Omurzakov and Counselor for Internal Affairs and Security of the Turkish Embassy in Kyrgyzstan Mustafa Yrmak. According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the meeting, Suyun Omurzakov drew attention to the fact that a promising area of ​​cooperation could be the exchange of practical experience and information of mutual interest in such areas as the reform of the Internal Affairs Directorate, the fight against international terrorism, extremism, and countering drug trafficking. “Friendly relations have developed between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Turkey, which continue to develop and improve. We highly appreciate the tremendous moral and material and technical support provided by Turkey,” minister of Kyrgyzstan. In turn, Mustafa Yrmak thanked Suyun Omurzakov for the warm welcome and expressed hope for further close and fruitful cooperation. At the end of the meeting, Omurzakov expressed confidence that friendly relations will further strengthen and develop bilateral cooperation.
