Shaped and Colors' Exhibition Opens in Katara

Doha, August 25 (QNA) - Katara Cultural Village, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines to Qatar, opened Shapes and Colors' exhibition by artist Frederick Epistola at the 22nd Hall of Katara, which will run until August 30th. Shapes and Colors' exhibition contains 30 different works of art pieces ranging between paintings and sculptures, in which the artist deals with topics related to human's local environment. It also presents an interaction that arises between people and all the vocabulary that exists in their reality in an attractive and artistic harmony. The artwork that's displayed in the exhibition is diverse and different in the techniques used in its implementation. Epistola's work is characterized by being an artistic panorama full of various shapes, content, visions, and windows on a unique artistic experience and a creative direction Amer renewed sophistication and richness. The participating work is also characterized by deep themes and creative methods flowing with distinctive connotations. The exhibition is part of Katara's keenness on cultural and artistic openness and enriching the Qatari visual art with such promising art creations. (QNA)
