Supported by KSrelief: 381 beneficiaries of prosthetic limbs center in Aden during March

Aden, May 01, 2022, SPA -- The project to operate the Prosthetic Limbs and Rehabilitation Center in Aden Governorate has provided various medical services to 381 beneficiaries who lost their limbs from the brotherly Yemeni people during the month of March 2022 AD with the support of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid (KSrelief). During the project, 1,919 services were provided, with the percentage of males reaching 72% and females 28%, while the percentage of displaced people constituted 29% and residents 71% of the total beneficiaries. Services varied between physical therapy sessions and specialized consultations, benefiting 201 patients. This comes as an extension of the humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, to raise the capabilities of the health sector and alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people. --SPA
