Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- Public health workers of the DPRK are briskly conducting the field medical service in socialist rural areas.
Officials of the preventive and curative institutions across the country dispatched medical workers to farms in conformity with the regional characteristics while conducting the organizational work to supply necessary medicines.
Medical workers of the Kim Man Yu Hospital, the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital, the Pyongyang University of Medicine Hospital and other central hospitals, dispatched to South Phyongan Province, have taken relevant measures while briefing on common sense about prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases.
Health workers in North Hwanghae Province are devoting themselves to medical examination and treatment at various farms.
Those in North Phyongan and South Hamgyong provinces and other parts of the country are actively applying traditional therapies into the treatment of patients in rural areas.
