Anniversary of Kim Jong Il's Work Observed

Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun Tuesday dedicates an article to the 25th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's work "Let Us Develop the Revolutionary Traditions of Juche down through Generations". The work, published on Dec. 5, Juche 80 (1991), clarifies the essence and importance of carrying forward the revolutionary traditions and the principles and tasks and ways for doing so. The revolutionary traditions of Juche are the historic roots of the Workers' Party of Korea and the revolution and their bloodline, and they serve as a banner for socialist Korea's eternal victory, the article says, adding; The victorious advance of the Korean revolution which has greeted the period of a new leap forward in carrying out the revolutionary cause of Juche is a continuation of the dynamic march toward Mt. Paektu made under the guidance of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il. The revolutionary traditions of Juche remain unchanged no matter how much water may flow under the bridge. They serve as the most precious treasure for the army and people of the DPRK who should make a long journey of the revolution.
