Arab Hospitals Federation honours Sheikha Fatima

CAIRO, 3rd March, 2016 (WAM) -- The Arab Hospitals Federation (AHF) has named H.H. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union (GWU), Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation (FDF) and President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood "Mother of the Nation," the title of 'Distinguished Arab Woman in Healthcare Management,' in recognition of her efforts and support to the Arab healthcare sector. The award was announced during the 17th AHF conference in Cairo, which coincides with the 45th session of the Arab Health Ministers' Council, scheduled to start tomorrow. The award was received on Sheikha Fatima's behalf by Abdul Rahman bin Mohammed Al Owais, Minister of Health and Prevention who praised her contributions in the social welfare fields in the UAE and the Arab world.
