Azerbaijan, Peru stress wide opportunities for cooperation in a range of areas

Baku, July 28, AZERTAC Azerbaijan and Peru have pointed out wide opportunities for cooperation in a variety of areas as Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received newly appointed Charge d’Affaires of the Embassy of Peru to Azerbaijan Luis Chang Boldrini. They said there are ample opportunities for cooperation in the fields of agriculture, energy, mutual investment, tourism, culture and education. Minister Mammadyarov congratulated Chang Boldrini on his appointment, adding that the opening of the Embassy of Peru in Azerbaijan and the presence of Azerbaijan's diplomatic mission in Peru gives an important impetus to the development of bilateral cooperation. Chang Boldrini noted that he would spare no efforts to contribute to development of bilateral relations during his diplomatic mission. They sides stressed the importance of organizing mutual visits, conducting political consultations at the level of ministries of foreign affairs and expanding a legal framework of cooperation in various fields.
