Brunei Sultan Congratulates Rouhani On Islamic Revolution Victory Anniversary

Kuala Lumpur, Feb 12, IRNA – Brunei Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah in a message on Tuesday congratulated President Hassan Rouhani on the victory anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution. Underlining that he attached great value to friendship and cooperation with Iran, he called for strengthening the Iran-Brunei collaboration in all fields. In his message, he wished Rouhani good health and happiness, hoping that the Iranian nation will witness further progress and welfare. Meanwhile, Brueni crown prince Mohamed Bolkiah in a separate message to Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif congratulated him on the triumph anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution. He also called for promoting friendly ties and mutual cooperation through the discourse of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM)./end
