Chairperson of Russian Federation Council pays tribute to Azerbaijani martyrs

Baku, April 12, AZERTAC Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko has visited the Alley of Martyrs to lay flowers at the graves of Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country's independence and territorial integrity. She laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
