Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in Russia

Pyongyang, February 10 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed at the Maritime Territorial branch of the All-Russia War Veterans' Social Organization "Militant Fraternity" of Russia on Jan. 30. Donets, chairman of the branch, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.
