Development Minister Yilmaz due to South Africa

ANKARA (A.A) - December 6, 2011 - Turkish Development Minister Cevdet Yilmaz will travel to South Africa on Tuesday evening to attend the 17th Conference of Parties of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 17). In a statement released Tuesday, the Turkish Development Ministry said that Yilmaz would represent Turkey in the High Level portion of the Conference in Durban, South Africa between December 6 and 9. Yilmaz will deliver a speech on Turkey's policy on climate change and its expectations from the international community on December 8.
