Pyongyang, February 14 (KCNA) -- Muhammadu Buhari, president and commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, sent a floral basket to the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill to mark the birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il.
