German FM Sees "Realistic Chance" For Iran Nuclear Deal

Berlin, Nov 24, IRNA - German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle said on Saturday there was a "realistic chance" for an agreement on Irans nuclear program, according to German Press-Agency dpa. We think there is a realistic chance, but there is still a lot of work to do, the minister said upon arrival in Geneva where he joined the foreign-ministerial negotiations between Iran and the six world powers (the US, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany). There are still differences we have to bridge. Its not a done deal, Westerwelle added. The high-level talks between Iran and the E3 plus 3 in Geneva are reportedly aimed at reaching a breakthrough on the nuclear stalemate./end
