Hamas Rep.: Iran's NAM Presidency Vital In Fulfillment Of Palestinian Rights

Shahr-e Kord, Chahar Mahal and Bakhtiari prov, Sept 9, IRNA – Representative of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, said here on Sunday that Iran's presidency over the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) is a great opportunity to fulfill the Palestinian rights. Talking to IRNA, Khaled Ghodomi stressed that Iran is considered as a supporter of the deprived Palestinian nation, adding Iran presidency over the NAM would help fulfill Palestinian rights against the occupying Zionist regime. He said Iran's NAM presidency would play a pivotal role in creating convergence among the member states on the Palestine issue. On Syrian developments, Ghodomi stressed that the terrorist groups, supported by the West, should stop massacre of defenseless people in that country./end
