Industry Minister’s visits discussed

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Industry D.Erdenebat presented at the cabinet meeting on Monday results of his working visits to Germany, France, Italy and the Czech Republic which ran this November 16-25. He said Mongolia concurred with these countries to implement projects on heavy and light industries and to resolve their financial mechanism By the Mongolia-Germany intergovernmental agreement on cooperating in the minerals, industry and technological spheres, a project will be implemented on exploitation of the “Tsagaan suvarga” copper-molybdenum at the “Mongoliin Alt” LLC, with an investment of USD 745 million with a governmental guarantee of Germany. In conjunction with the agreement, related Ministers were obliged to take resolve debt issues of ongoing projects and programmes being implemented with Germany.
