Iran-Azerbaijan Ties, Special - Azeri Official

Tehran, May 12, IRNA – Azeri Ambassador to Iran Javanshir Akhundov said here that Tehran and Baku enjoy special relations due to their considerable cultural, religious and historical commonalities. Akhundov made the remarks during a ceremony in the Azeri embassy in Tehran. Akhundov said Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev termed the two countries' ties as exceptional./end
