Iran To Pursue Politically-motivated Allegations Against Presidential Election : Official

Tehran, June 3, IRNA - Foreign Ministry spokesman Abbas Araqchi said here Monday that Iran will pursue politically-motivated allegations leveled by certain foreign officials against the upcoming presidential election. Araqchi made the remarks on the sideline of 7th International Imam Khomeini and Foreign Policy Conference currently underway in Tehran. He reiterated that Tehran would show reaction towards the baseless allegations as well as foreign meddling in the Islamic Republicˈs domestic affairs . He also advised those foreign officials making such claims to upgrade their knowledge about Iranˈs Constitution and refrain from leveling biased allegations./end
