Iranian Assyrians Condemn Daesh Crimes In Iraq

Tehran, Aug 7, IRNA – A group of Iranian Assyrians held a gathering in front of the United Nations office in Tehran in protest at the crimes committed by the so-called Islamic State (better known as Daesh) here on Thursday. The protesters chanted anti-Daesh slogans and voiced outraged over its savage genocide in Iraq. The terrorist group of Daesh has recently killed a number of Assyrians in Iraq./end
