IRGC Commander: Enemies Frightened By IRGC Missiles

Tehran, June 26, IRNA -- Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari said on Monday that enemies are frightened by missiles of the IRGC.
The Islamic revolution has experienced tough times and overcame them all with success, he said.
These challenges and threats have roots in nature of global arrogance ambition to forge interference in all international affairs, he said.
The commander said that eight years of sacred defense, cultural inroads, soft war, enemies’ sedition in 2009, stirring sectarian conflicts, terrorism and economic sanctions are part of such crisis and challenges.
"Iranian nation under wise leadership of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei could successfully overcome all the threats and challenges," said the commander.
The enemies pressure on Iran’s peaceful nuclear energy, economic sanctions made the Iranian nation boost perseverance to pave the path of success and progress, he said.
He said that chains of victories resulting from Islamic awakening changed the balance of power in favor of Muslims, and the Zionist regime and the US have lost their political, economic and security stands.
The Western countries failed to manage regional crisis in Iraq and Afghanistan and the balance of power between Islamic system and enemies have changed dramatically in favor of Islam, he said.
"The Islamic revolution has successfully passed through all challenges.
The commander said that the IRGC and Basij (voluntëer forces) have blocked the path of enemies.
"IRGC forces in land, sea and air are very powerful and all are in full combat readiness."
IRGC’s missiles are ready to fire on the enemies’ targets as the enemies only know about part of IRGC military capabilities, he said.
He said that the enemies never forget the loss they suffered from Hezbollah and other Palestinian fighters.
"All should exercise vigilance not to be trapped by the enemies’ conspiracies."/end
