Istanbul’s mayor to visit us

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On February 16, Mayor of Ulaanbaatar E.Bat-Uul met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Mongolia Mr Murat Karagoz. The dignitaries talked about a visit of Istanbul Mayor Kadir Topbas, expected this April 28-30. The sides noted a significance of a good preparation in order to set out adequate actions for business delegation to accompany the Mayor. Mr Bat-Uul proposed establishing the "Turkish town and cultural center in Ulaanbaatar, and requested the Ambassador to increase here a number of Turkish tourists and to allow direct flight from Turkish Airlines. Mr Karagoz said their side is willing to cooperate with Mongolia in dairy and meat industries, and notified that the business delegation can be organized in consideration of the UB City’s proposals of cooperation.
