The letter said the congress was successfully held as the one of the single-minded unity marking a new milestone of the movement of Koreans in Japan and the one of inheritance and innovation, thanks to the paternal love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un. The letter praised Kim Jong Un as the peerless hero who has guided the Korean-style socialism to victory and ushered in a new golden age of prosperity unprecedented in the 5 000-year-long national history by boldly overcoming the unprecedentedly manifold severe challenges and difficulties by dint of his far-sighted wisdom, extraordinary leadership and scientific strategy and tactics. Kim Jong Un is an ever-victorious brilliant commander who bolstered up the self-defensive war deterrent of the country, a peerless patriot who put the independent dignity and might of Juche Korea on the highest level, and the loadstar of the national reunification who firmly united the patriotic reunification forces in the north and the south and overseas as one, the letter said. The letter noted that Kim Jong Un sent congratulatory letters to the participants of the 24th Congress of Chongryon and the Conference of Representatives of Branches of Chongryon-2020 (Third Conference of a New Heyday), adding that he personally guided the patriotic movement of Chongryon for bringing earlier a new golden age by sending New Year's greetings to them every year.
