Mehmanparast: Talks With IAEA To Be Followed Up Within Legal Framework

Tehran, Sept 11, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said here on Tuesday that talks with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will be followed up within the legal and technical frameworks. The spokesman made the remarks during his weekly press briefing, adding that Iran has held numerous sessions on the issue. Noting that the IAEA officials claim they are still concerned over Iran’s nuclear activities, he said, stressing that the inalienable rights bestowed to Iran by the Non-Proliferation Treaty should be respected too. He reiterated that certainly there would be steps forward if Iranian rights and the issues pertaining to its security are taken into consideration./end
