President to give opening lesson of academic years

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj will give a TV lesson entitled “Resounding Mongolia throughout the World” on the first day of the academic years of 2016-2017 on September 1. The TV lesson will be aired nationwide on live at 10.00 am. In accordance with a decision of D.Erdenechimeg, head of the Education Policy Department of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sport and Science, the opening ceremony of the academic years will last on 8.00-8.40 am. A lesson on the Secret History of the Mongols will be given to pupils of 1st and 2nd grades at 9.00-9.40 am under a theme “Mongolian Pride”. It will be followed by the President’s lesson. Compulsory lessons of secondary schools will start from September 2.
