Turkish president and Chinese vice president meet in Ankara

ANKARA (A.A) - February 21, 2012 - Turkish President Abdullah Gul welcomed Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping at Cankaya Presidential Palace in capital Ankara on Tuesday. Gul and Xi then held a tete-a-tete meeting. They will co-chair meetings between delegations of the two countries, and then Gul will host a luncheon in honor of Xi. Later in the day, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet Xi in Istanbul.
