New York, Feb 12, IRNA – President of the Global Security Institute Jonathan Granoff said waging war against the peace-seeking nation of Iran is a sheer insanity. Criticizing the US war-seeking media atmosphere, Granoff told IRNA that they try to portray a bad picture of the peace-loving Iranian nation. Referring to Iran’s ancient history, the American lawyer said the Iranian nation has been attacked by several world countries along the history, while the country has never initiated any war against any nation. He believed that the US officials made mistakes during the 1980-88 Iraqi imposed war against Iran, saying Washington supported the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein.
